Muzukashii na....

Being an English-speaking, international Arashi fan is hard... Why do I have to be a fan of a group from a country that is stubborn and does not believe in marketing to international fanbases?!?! And the limited numbers of fansub groups are so private and strict that it's impossible for a return fan like me to join. 

Sigh...I understand the need for such restrictions and I'm not blaming them... I'm just sad and discouraged that someone like me who has been a fan for many years, took a hiatus, and then returned, is not able to get back in to, what feels like, an 'elite' club of the English-subbed Arashi heaven.

I'm appreciative, however, for the little amount of dramas and videos I am able to access though. I'm currently re-watching Haikei, Chichiue-sama and am still loving this drama despite it being released over 10(!!!) years ago! Funny that this drama took place in Kagurazaka, Tokyo and Aiba's new drama Bokuzaka is also based in Kagurazaka! I hope I'll be able to find subs for this drama somewhere... I'm quite yearning to watch this one :(

On the other hand, I just came across English subs for Nino's Black Pean (yay!) but I'm a little hesitant to watch... I watched the first episode raw a while back and I really had a hard time stomaching the operating scenes... It was especially cringe-worthy because I was eating lunch and nearly spat out my food when blood suddenly spurted out of a patient OMG BAD IDEA!!! *Puke* But Nino's acting really drew me in and that's basically my main reason for enduring those operation scenes...LOL... But lesson learned...do not watch drama this while eating!

I still have a lot of random thoughts but it's hard to fit it all together coherently (^___^;;)
